The Senior Communications Specialist will be a key member of the Middle East and Africa Communications team at Siemens Energy. The role involves developing and executing high-impact communication strategies, managing projects, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. This position requires a strong background in copywriting, project management, and communications across diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and execute high-impact communication projects, including brand initiatives and thought leadership campaigns.

• Content Creation: Create and edit engaging content for internal and external communication platforms.

• Communication Planning: Develop comprehensive communication plans focused on brand messaging and employee engagement.

• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with colleagues and advise company spokespeople.

• Metrics & Reporting: Utilize communication metrics to assess effectiveness and improve future strategies.

• Team Collaboration: Manage multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project delivery aligns with KPIs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field

  • 5-10 years of experience in communications with a proven track record

  • Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities for diverse audiences

  • Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
