Dunes Valley is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Real Estate Agent to join their team in Dubai. This is a full-time position with a focus on leasing, listing, and business development within the commercial real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and a proven track record in client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing and listing of commercial properties.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners.

• Assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting commercial properties.

• Conducting property viewings and market tours for clients.

• Negotiating offers and agreements between buyers and sellers.

• Keeping up to date with Dubai’s commercial real estate market trends.

• Expanding and nurturing a solid client network.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market is mandatory.

• Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
