Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Collaboration Specialist to join our team in Dubai, working with a premium client to enhance collaboration and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead adoption and implementation of Microsoft 365 (M365) collaboration tools, including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Copilot AI.

• Analyze business needs and recommend SharePoint Online solutions to improve operational efficiency.

• Develop, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Implement AI and RPA-driven automation solutions to streamline workflows.

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for M365 collaboration tools, optimizing enterprise portals and processes.

• Provide guidance on Microsoft Copilot, Chatbots, and other Generative AI tools.

• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth deployment of collaboration solutions.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in SharePoint Online & Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.

• Hands-on experience in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, and AI-based solutions).

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, troubleshooting, and site management.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus.

• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, databases, and open-source technologies is preferred.

Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 6,000 per month
