This full-time position offers a unique dual commission structure, combining promotional and monthly earnings to reward senior agents. With 17+ years of success, a respected brand, and strong developer partnerships, this role is designed to provide senior brokers with the support and stability to elevate their careers and streamline their workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-value buyers and sellers in Dubai Marina, JBR, EMAAR Beachfront, Bluewaters, and surrounding prime areas

• Leverage an existing network and collaborate with internal teams to connect with hot leads and premium stock

• Conduct viewings, advise investors, and close transactions with full operational and marketing support

• Build lasting relationships with HNWIs (High Net-Worth Individuals) and property investors, ensuring consistent referrals and repeat business

• Stay ahead of the market by utilizing insights, data, and CRM-supported tools

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in Dubai real estate (knowledge of Dubai Marina is a plus)

• Strong personal brand and client base preferred

• Excellent closing skills, negotiation abilities, and market insight

• Confident, self-driven, and seeking long-term growth with recurring income

• Valid UAE driver’s license and RERA certification preferred
