🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare creative landscape architectural designs tailored to project requirements

• Obtain consultant and government approvals for designs and modifications

• Prepare mechanical and production drawings for landscape construction

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure design specifications and timelines are met

• Supervise and manage site work, ensuring adherence to designs, timelines, and quality standards

• Review and evaluate site conditions to incorporate them into landscape designs

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• A minimum of 4-9 years of UAE experience in contracting companies

• Proven experience in landscape architectural design, with a strong technical and creative background

• Solid understanding of local construction codes, government approval processes, and landscape construction methods

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
