Cummins Inc. is hiring a Senior Business Development Specialist for its New & Recon Parts (NRP) division in Dubai. This is a hybrid, full-time role where you will identify new business opportunities, develop key relationships, and drive sales growth in targeted markets.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify new business opportunities within specific product segments, markets, and channels.
✅ Collaborate with distributors at different levels to target key market segments.
✅ Analyze market data to understand regional business potential.
✅ Conduct customer research to identify new sales prospects.
✅ Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and key accounts.
✅ Support sales initiatives, develop business proposals, and negotiate deals.
✅ Engage stakeholders and communicate key business insights.
✅ Mentor and develop less experienced sales and account team members.
Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Technical, or a related field.
- Intermediate-level experience in business development or sales.
- Knowledge of export controls or sanctions regulations (if required).
✔ Key Skills:
- Strong relationship management with distributors and customers.
- Ability to drive profitable growth and expand market share.
