Key Responsibilities:
📊 Sales & Business Growth:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Nurture leads through marketing and sales strategies.
- Expand existing customer relationships across regions and products.
🔍 Customer & Market Analysis:
- Understand customer business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a consultant for customer business strategies.
- Research industry trends and best practices to enhance sales strategies.
🤝 Relationship & Account Management:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Work with internal teams to develop customized logistics solutions.
- Ensure a seamless sales process in collaboration with account managers.
📈 Sales Operations & CRM:
- Manage the entire sales process and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Participate in networking events and industry groups.
Job Requirements:
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
💼 Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
🌍 Skills & Competencies:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with global and local leaders to drive business goals.
