Senior Business Development Engineer / Operations Manager

💰 Salary: AED 13,000 – 15,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

📝 Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Engineer / Operations Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, manage client relations, and oversee the design-build process within the construction and industrial project sector. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of industry experience, strong market knowledge in the UAE/GCC, and the technical expertise to support project delivery from lead generation through execution.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development activities to identify and secure new projects

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the company’s services

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners

• Manage project execution, ensuring compliance with client requirements

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and trends

• Deliver impactful client presentations and technical proposals

• Attend client meetings, site visits, and contribute to bid preparations

• Analyze construction project costs in coordination with the estimation team

• Provide value engineering solutions and propose technical alternatives

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, estimation, or operations in the construction sector

• Strong familiarity with Dubai/GCC construction markets

• Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects is preferred

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of structural analysis and regional codes (DM, TRAKHEES, DDA)

• Cost estimation and budgeting expertise

• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software is a plus
