Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – IT to support the back-of-house Oracle suite and purchasing system. The role involves providing technical and business support, ensuring system stability, and collaborating with teams across IT, HR, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical & Business Support: Quickly resolve application issues, ensuring stability and efficiency.
• Incident & Problem Management: Conduct root cause analysis and implement resolutions.
• System Maintenance & Automation: Maintain production environments and drive automation for productivity.
• Policy & Procedure Implementation: Develop and enforce guidelines, manuals, and operational standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Level 1 support, HRIS, software development, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in application support (preferably with Oracle products).
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Mandatory: Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP.
  • Preferred: Experience with Birchstreet Purchasing System and ServiceNow.
  • Strong problem-solving, automation, and incident management skills.
  • Solid English language proficiency.
• Work Conditions: Office-based, regular working hours.
