Job Title: Senior Auditor 

Job Description:

TGS Koya, part of the dynamic TGS global network, is a rapidly growing professional services firm in Dubai, delivering exceptional audit, accounting, tax, business advisory, and commercial legal services to a diverse international and domestic client base. We are now seeking a highly motivated and qualified Senior Auditor to join our expanding team.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai and ideal for a results-driven audit professional looking to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with exposure to various industries and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end audits for a portfolio of international and domestic clients in compliance with IFRS, ISA, and UAE regulations

• Conduct in-depth audits of financial statements, internal controls, and risk management systems

• Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance, task delegation, and performance feedback

• Review and finalize audit documentation, working papers, and financial reports

• Advise clients on tax matters, operational efficiency, internal controls, and business improvement opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions

• Present audit findings and reports to clients and senior management

• Ensure compliance with internal firm policies, UAE laws, and international auditing standards

• Stay updated on changes in accounting, audit regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA-qualified professional

• Minimum 2 years of recent audit experience with international/domestic clients in a Dubai-based firm

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and UAE regulatory frameworks

• Experience leading audit assignments and managing client relationships

• Proficient in audit tools and software such as CaseWare, MS Excel, etc.

• Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively within a team environment

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with clients across multiple industries, including MNCs, financial institutions, and SMEs

• Strong leadership capabilities and experience mentoring junior auditors

• Sound business acumen and understanding of complex operations

• Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality audit services
