Senior Associate – Social (Content Creator)

Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury retailer in the Middle East, is seeking a Senior Associate – Social (Content Creator) to develop and execute innovative content across social media platforms. The role focuses on creating engaging visual and written content, driving follower growth and audience engagement, and aligning social campaigns with brand objectives. This is a full-time position based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.

  • Build a monthly content calendar that resonates with the target audience.

  • Create engaging and innovative content with a social-first approach, including editing and uploading content.

  • Ensure timely delivery and high-quality output aligned with brand standards.

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams on social shoots, post-production, and campaign execution.

  • Lead event coverage and store-based content creation.

  • Coordinate with influencers, external content creators, and brand partners for collaborations.

  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social channels.

  • Provide monthly performance analysis and adapt content strategies accordingly.

  • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge and use of social media channels.

  • 3+ years of experience in social media content creation and digital marketing.

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and other video editing software.

  • Strong understanding of storytelling, visual design, and creative content production.

  • Proven track record with third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) is preferred.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
