The Senior Associate of Partnership Engagement is responsible for supporting Dubai’s position in esports by maintaining strong B2B relationships and engaging SMEs. This role involves coordinating and facilitating activities that strengthen partnerships and help integrate SMEs into the esports ecosystem. The successful candidate will support the planning, execution, and coordination of esports events, ensuring the visibility and growth of SMEs within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain productive B2B relationships.

• Coordinate logistics and communication for meetings and events involving B2B partners.

• Support the planning and execution of esports events, managing schedules and onsite needs.

• Ensure SME participation in esports events, supporting their ability to showcase products and services.

• Contribute to initiatives that enhance SME involvement in the esports industry.

• Work with various departments to integrate B2B and SME initiatives into broader esports activities.

• Prepare reports on B2B and SME engagement activities and event outcomes.

• Support event performance analysis to guide future strategies.
