We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate – Management Consulting with a strong background in Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Fundraising. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in investment banking and a proven track record of executing high-profile transactions within the GCC financial markets.
This role requires exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills, as well as the ability to support clients in fundraising and strategic transactions. Key Responsibilities
✅ Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Deal Execution
- Lead and support M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence.
- Assist in preparing investment memoranda, pitch decks, and client presentations.
- Conduct in-depth industry and market research to identify trends and investment opportunities.
- Assist in the negotiation of deal terms and coordinate with legal teams to finalize agreements.
✅ Fundraising & Financial Advisory
- Support clients in equity and debt fundraising activities, including structuring and execution.
- Develop financial strategies for businesses looking to raise capital.
- Work closely with institutional investors, private equity firms, and venture capitalists.
✅ Client & Market Engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across various industries.
- Stay updated on regional and global financial trends, M&A activity, and regulatory changes in the GCC.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and partners on business development initiatives.
Requirements
📌 Qualifications & Experience
✔ 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A and Fundraising.
✔ CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or Chartered Accountancy (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) certification is required.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
📌 Technical & Soft Skills
✔ Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
✔ Fluency in Arabic (preferred) – both written and spoken.
✔ Strong understanding of GCC financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and industry dynamics.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Advanced proficiency in financial tools and software (Excel, PowerPoint, Capital IQ, Bloomberg).
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
