We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate – Management Consulting with a strong background in Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Fundraising. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in investment banking and a proven track record of executing high-profile transactions within the GCC financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Deal Execution

• Lead and support M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence.
• Assist in preparing investment memoranda, pitch decks, and client presentations.
• Conduct in-depth industry and market research to identify trends and investment opportunities.
• Assist in the negotiation of deal terms and coordinate with legal teams to finalize agreements.

✅ Fundraising & Financial Advisory

• Support clients in equity and debt fundraising activities, including structuring and execution.
• Develop financial strategies for businesses looking to raise capital.
• Work closely with institutional investors, private equity firms, and venture capitalists.

✅ Client & Market Engagement

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across various industries.
• Stay updated on regional and global financial trends, M&A activity, and regulatory changes in the GCC.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and partners on business development initiatives.

Requirements

📌 Qualifications & Experience
✔ 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A and Fundraising.
✔ CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or Chartered Accountancy (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) certification is required.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).

📌 Technical & Soft Skills
✔ Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
✔ Fluency in Arabic (preferred) – both written and spoken.
✔ Strong understanding of GCC financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and industry dynamics.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Advanced proficiency in financial tools and software (Excel, PowerPoint, Capital IQ, Bloomberg).
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
