Role Overview:

A prestigious law firm in the region is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Litigation Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented legal professional ready to step into a senior role. The successful candidate will work directly with the Managing Partner and play a key role in managing complex legal cases, drafting critical documents, and shaping the firm’s legal strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Handle high-value litigation cases and provide strategic legal advice to clients.

• Legal Drafting: Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

• Client Liaison: Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their cases are managed effectively.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Managing Partner and senior leadership on legal and administrative matters.

• Legal Administration: Oversee case file management, billing, and timesheet tracking to ensure accurate and efficient case handling.

• Compliance: Ensure the firm’s operations adhere to industry regulations and legal standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate degree in Law (Bachelor’s and Master’s) from a reputable university.

• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in litigation, ideally within a respected law firm or legal consultancy.

• Skills: Strong ability to manage complex litigation independently. Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

• Professional Traits: Excellent legal research, drafting, case management, and client handling skills.

• Readiness: A mid-level lawyer eager to transition into a senior role with greater responsibilities.

Salary & Benefits:

AED 35,000 to 40,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
Additional Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law
