Clyde & Co is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join their Corporate team in Dubai. The role requires a strong background in corporate law, particularly in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a top-tier international or regional law firm.

Responsibilities:

• Advise multinational corporations on corporate transactions in the MEA region.

• Conduct due diligence and prepare detailed reports.

• Draft and review commercial documents and legal matters.

• Collaborate with colleagues to establish legal basis for proceedings.

• Work on broader commercial matters as needed.

• Ensure projects are executed according to firm standards and methodologies.

• Contribute to the firm’s knowledge system and precedents.

• Participate in business development activities.

• Supervise paralegals and junior associates, ensuring efficient execution of client projects.

Qualifications:

• Strong academic background from a recognized international or top local law firm.

• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate team.

• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively across various matters.

• Supervisory experience with paralegals and junior associates.

• Pro-active, analytical, and commercial approach.

• Driven, enthusiastic, and a flexible team player.
