Mubadala is seeking a Senior Associate for Corporate Communications specializing in Arabic communications. This role involves supporting the Arabic communications strategy across four key areas: Arabization and translation, media and corporate communications, content creation, and internal training. The position focuses on producing high-quality Arabic content, managing translations, enhancing media relations, and supporting internal initiatives to improve Arabic language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

📝 Content Creation & Translation – Produce high-quality Arabic content and manage Arabization/translation between English and Arabic, ensuring alignment with Mubadala’s strategic narrative and tone of voice.
📢 Media Relations – Enhance Mubadala’s Arabic media engagement and develop relationships with Arabic journalists.
📚 Training & Knowledge Sharing – Support internal training initiatives to improve Arabic language proficiency within the organization.
📂 Project Management – Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
🌐 Stakeholder Engagement – Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication across the organization.

Skills & Experience Required:

🎓 Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.
💼 Experience – At least 7 years of experience in Arabic communications, ideally in large-scale organizations or government sectors.
💬 Bilingual Proficiency – Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, with expertise in Arabization and translation.
📱 Media Knowledge – Strong understanding of the Arabic media landscape, with a network of journalist contacts in the UAE and region.
🗂 Project Management – Strong skills in managing complex projects and ensuring high-quality delivery.
📊 Communication & Influence – Ability to engage with individuals across various functions and levels, effectively influencing and communicating.
