Group AMANA, a leader in industrial construction, is looking for a Senior Architect with expertise in design-build solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee architectural design projects, manage teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare project plans and deliverables in coordination with Planning & Management teams.
✅ Mentor and oversee a team of architects, modelers, and draftsmen.
✅ Lead the preparation of architectural design packages from concept to IFC stage.
✅ Conduct quality checks on project drawings and documents.
✅ Manage Authority Approval packages (Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.).
✅ Ensure compliance with client requirements and building codes.
✅ Support tendering and business development by preparing architectural concepts.
✅ Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and resolve construction issues.
✅ Work closely with suppliers to align materials with project budgets.
✅ Assist in cost control, variation orders, and architectural bidding documents.

🔹 Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
📅 8 to 10 years of experience (preferably in a UAE-based design consultancy).
🏗️ Experience in designing industrial buildings (warehouses, cold stores, etc.).
💻 High proficiency in REVIT Architecture & Autodesk Construction Cloud.
📜 Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes.
