Job Title: Senior Architect – Hospitality & Real Estate Projects

Job Description:

Expensia International is seeking a Senior Architect to join our dynamic design team in Dubai. This role will focus on large-scale hospitality, resort, master planning, and luxury real estate development projects, primarily in Madagascar and other international markets. The ideal candidate will have a multidisciplinary background, blending architectural, structural, and interior design expertise to create innovative and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design for high-end hospitality and real estate projects.

• Develop conceptual and schematic designs, collaborating with interior designers and project teams.

• Ensure structural integrity while maintaining aesthetic and functional excellence.

• Prepare and present detailed drawings, 3D models, renderings, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate project execution with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors.

• Provide mentorship to junior architects and designers.

• Conduct site visits to ensure projects meet design standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with international stakeholders, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Portfolio submission (file or link) is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• 10+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio in hotels, resorts, and luxury real estate.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, Photoshop, 3D modeling, AI tools, and rendering software.

• French-speaking candidates preferred (English proficiency required).

• International project experience with knowledge of African, Middle Eastern, and Asian suppliers is a plus.

• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
