Job Title: Senior Architect

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural activities, manage design coordination, and oversee authority approvals in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of experience in UAE, possess a Dubai Municipality (DM) G+4 License, and be proficient in CAD and architectural software.

Key Responsibilities:

🏗 Architectural Design & Coordination

• Lead and manage architectural activities across various projects.
• Review and approve detailed design drawings before tendering.
• Ensure seamless coordination between architects, MEP engineers, QS teams, and other design departments.
• Oversee architectural drawings and interior design development.

🤝 Client & Authority Coordination

• Act as a key liaison with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Conduct authority submissions and approvals (DM, DCD, TRAKHESS, DDA, etc.).
• Attend site meetings and inspections with Dubai Municipality and other regulatory bodies.

📑 Site & Project Management

• Attend and manage site meetings and authority inspections.
• Respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) for architectural queries.
• Provide technical expertise and ensure compliance with local regulations.

👥 Team Leadership & Management

• Lead and manage a team of architects and designers.
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to high standards.

Mandatory Requirements:

🎓 Education & Licenses

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• UAE Driving License (Required).
• Dubai Municipality (DM) G+4 License (Required).
• Extensive experience in Dubai Municipality approvals and coordinating with authorities.

🛠 Technical Skills

• Expert in AutoCAD and architectural software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.

📅 Experience

• 10+ years of experience in UAE within engineering consultancy firms or a similar field.

Preferred Candidate:

🏆 Career Level: Senior-Level
✅ Must have hands-on experience in Dubai Municipality processes and approvals.
