The American University of Sharjah (AUS) is hiring a Senior Application Specialist to join its ICT Applications team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing Ellucian Banner SIS, playing a key role in the upcoming Banner Upgrade & Transformation Project. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Banner SIS (Student & Finance AR modules), Banner 8 & 9, SSB pages, Banner Ethos, and Banner Experience Cards.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and manage Banner SIS applications, ensuring seamless operation and enhancements.
🔹 Support the Banner Upgrade & Transformation Project, implementing new features and improvements.
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionalities.
🔹 Provide technical expertise and guidance on Banner Student & Finance AR modules.
🔹 Ensure system security, integrity, and compliance with university policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Experience:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Ellucian Banner SIS.
• Strong background in Banner applications, student and financial AR modules.
  ✅ Skills:
• Expertise in Banner 8 & 9, SSB pages, Banner Ethos, and Banner Experience Cards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  ✅ Work Schedule: Full-time | On-site
