• VAM Systems is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist for their UAE operations. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end accounts payable process using Microsoft Dynamics (MSD), ensuring automated, accurate, and efficient workflows. This role requires expertise in AP, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) process using Microsoft Dynamics (MSD).

• Process invoices, approvals, and vendor payments efficiently and accurately.

• Ensure adherence to accounting principles and internal controls.

• Handle data exports, reconciliations, and pivot table analysis in Excel.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.

• Maintain AP records, audit trails, and documentation as per compliance standards.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of the AP process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a high-volume, automated environment.

• Strong knowledge of AP processes, accounting principles, and internal controls.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and reconciliations).

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) is mandatory.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
