Job Summary

The Senior Accountant will manage financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cost analysis to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

📊 Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare accurate financial statements per accounting standards and company policies.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Provide financial insights and reports for management decision-making.

📉 Budgeting & Cost Analysis

• Develop, monitor, and update financial budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze variances and recommend cost optimization strategies.

💰 Accounts Payable/Receivable & Cash Flow Management

• Oversee invoice processing, payments, and collections.

• Lead internal and external audit preparations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance.

• Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.

Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Education & Certifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification required.

📅 Experience

• 7-10 years in Glass, Aluminium, Steel industry, or Contracting companies.

🔍 Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and cost control in industrial and contracting environments.
• Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and accounting software.
