Job Description:
A fast-growing chain of barbershops is looking for a Senior Accountant to oversee financial records, manage accounts payable & receivable, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has experience in multi-location operations, strong analytical skills, and expertise in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Financial Management & Reporting

Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.

Oversee bookkeeping and maintain the general ledger.
📌 Budgeting & Compliance

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and audits.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for smooth financial operations.
📌 Operational Support

Support store managers with financial queries and operational expenses.

Monitor cash flow management to ensure financial stability.
Key Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA preferred).
✔ 4+ years of UAE experience, ideally in retail or multi-location businesses.
✔ Expertise in reconciliations, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial best practices.
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
