Job Title: Senior Accountant – Financial Analysis & Reporting

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, manage accounting processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, tax computations, budgeting, and managing a team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, and other financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
🔹 Monthly & Year-End Closings: Assist in monthly financial closings and facilitate smooth year-end audits by providing accurate financial data.
🔹 Tax & Compliance Management: Handle tax computations and returns, ensuring compliance with regulations.
🔹 General Ledger & Reconciliation: Maintain general ledger, reconcile bank statements, and prepare closing reports.
🔹 Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare financial statements, budget reports, and cash flow projections.
🔹 Team Management: Oversee the daily activities of the accounting team and ensure seamless financial operations.
🔹 Inventory & Financial Monitoring: Track daily inventory transactions and monitor company finances to provide insightful financial reports.
🔹 Audit Coordination: Work with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✔ Proven experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
✔ Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
✔ Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern accounting software.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
