Job Overview:

Global Tax Assistant is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its UAE office in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This role requires strong accounting expertise, tax knowledge, and fluency in Russian and English to manage financial operations across multiple entities and support business process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Accounting & Tax Compliance: Maintain records for multiple legal entities, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with UAE tax laws.
✅ Process Automation & Optimization: Improve financial workflows and support automation initiatives.
✅ Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with finance, audit, and operational teams to ensure accurate reporting.
✅ Leadership & Oversight: Supervise accountants and provide tax consultation to clients.
✅ International Financial Collaboration: Liaise with the financial department in Moscow to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✔ Expertise in IFRS and UAE tax regulations.
✔ Fluency in Russian & English (C1 level).
✔ Strong experience in First Bit software and handling large datasets.
✔ Leadership & advisory experience in tax audits and compliance.

💰 Salary: AED 15,000/month + benefits.
