Job Title: Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting & Compliance

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for examining financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and managing month-end and year-end closing activities. This role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, tax calculations, and external audit coordination, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance in all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Review accounting and system reports to assess financial accuracy.

• Prepare and publish financial statements within set timelines.

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

✅ Regulatory Compliance & Auditing

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and reporting standards.

• Oversee the annual external audit process and manage auditor communication.

• Maintain accurate ledger data, fixed assets, and financial statements.

✅ Budgeting & Cost Control

• Implement cost control principles to optimize financial performance.

• Assist in preparing tax returns and financial documentation.

• Ensure smooth financial operations by coordinating with internal departments.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✔ Proven experience in financial reporting, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and cost control.
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software, and financial systems.
✔ Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
