Job Title: Senior Accountant

Micronisus Systems, a leading provider of IT services and cybersecurity solutions across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing team. As a strategic finance partner, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing key insights to drive business growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full accounting cycle including general ledger management, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, cash flow statements, and budget forecasts.

• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, tax regulations (VAT), and internal control procedures.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and maintain relationships with vendors and customers.

• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for audits, filings, and statutory reporting.

• Continuously optimize accounting systems and processes to support company growth.

• Provide financial analysis and insights to management to inform decision-making and business strategy.

• Collaborate with internal teams on payroll, expense tracking, and the development of financial policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.

• Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.

• Strong understanding of IFRS, VAT, and UAE corporate compliance standards.

• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Xero.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and reporting.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
