Senior Account Manager
Bespin Global MEA, an e& enterprise company Abu Dhabi , UAE

Bespin Global MEA is hiring a Senior Account Manager to manage key client accounts, drive sales growth, and cultivate strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client business models, industry trends, and strategic sales planning.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Sales & Account Planning

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to boost customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor sales performance and forecast future business growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and securing new accounts.
  • Educate clients on Bespin Global’s cloud solutions and services.

🔹 Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and issue resolution.
  • Support marketing initiatives to increase market awareness and customer engagement.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
Public Cloud Certifications (Preferred)
Experience in account management, sales, or business development
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Knowledge of cloud computing solutions is a plus
