Senior Account Manager


Bespin Global MEA is hiring a Senior Account Manager to manage key client accounts, drive sales growth, and cultivate strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client business models, industry trends, and strategic sales planning.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales & Account Planning
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to boost customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor sales performance and forecast future business growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and securing new accounts.
- Educate clients on Bespin Global’s cloud solutions and services.
🔹 Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and issue resolution.
- Support marketing initiatives to increase market awareness and customer engagement.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
✔ Public Cloud Certifications (Preferred)
✔ Experience in account management, sales, or business development
✔ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to work collaboratively across teams
✔ Knowledge of cloud computing solutions is a plus
