  • Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to optimize operational efficiency and drive revenue growth within the Sales organization. The role focuses on strategic initiatives, executing new products/features, and collaborating across teams to improve overall business performance. You will work closely with leadership, account management, and cross-functional teams to amplify Snap’s advertising impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to recommend short- and long-term goals to enhance revenue and efficiency.

  • Work with Account Management and Sales leadership to maximize impact.

  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for new products/features.

  • Implement scalable programs and best practices to improve execution.

  • Identify skill development opportunities and coordinate training efforts.

  • Operationalize and manage complex projects.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the digital media industry, especially in performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic.

  • Deep understanding of advertising performance metrics and media management in a biddable auction advertising environment.

  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze datasets and deliver actionable insights.

  • Strong track record of working with senior-level clients and cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional presentation, communication skills, and passion for Snapchat.
