Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a strong background in BPO sales and client relationship management. You will be responsible for managing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the industry.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Identify and secure new business opportunities within the BPO sector to expand the client portfolio.

Deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing company services and tailored solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve client concerns effectively.

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches and stay competitive.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and industry insights to management.

Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and promotional activities.
Requirements

Proven track record in sales within the BPO industry or related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive sales and revenue growth.

Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for account management and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
