About the Company:

Join a well-established UAE developer working on high-end, large-scale luxury international projects. The company is expanding its pre-concept and concept teams and is seeking a talented Senior 3D Visualizer to bring architectural visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize construction projects.

• Create high-quality, photo-realistic 3D visualizations of external architectural designs.

• Develop both static visualizations and animated CGI for project presentations.

• Present and explain visuals to clients and colleagues, ensuring design accuracy and appeal.

• Assist in planning decisions by providing high-impact visual representations.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in 3D visualization software.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 3D visualization.

• Portfolio: A strong collection of photo-realistic external architectural renderings.

• Project Expertise: Experience in residential, hospitality, or resort projects.

• Software Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard 3D design tools.

• GCC Experience: Preferred but not essential.

Key Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.

• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

• Ability to transform architectural sketches into high-quality 3D visuals.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Team player with the ability to build rapport with colleagues.

Salary & Benefits:
