Are you a skilled 3D Visualizer looking to contribute to prestigious international projects?

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior 3D Visualizer to join a renowned developer in Dubai. This company is expanding its pre-concept and concept teams due to their involvement in large-scale luxury international projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating photo-realistic visualizations from architectural drawings, specifically external visuals (not interiors).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with architectural and design teams to visualize construction projects

• Presenting visuals and concepts to clients and colleagues

• Ensuring accurate and compelling visual representations of project ideas

• Assisting in planning and design decisions

• Producing both static and animated 3D visualizations/CGI

• Utilizing industry-standard software and tools

• Creating visual representations in various formats

• Staying updated with the latest advancements in relevant software and design tools

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in 3D visualization

• Strong portfolio demonstrating photo-realistic 3D renderings of external projects

• Experience in residential, hospitality, or resort projects is preferred

• Ability to translate architectural sketches into accurate 3D representations

• GCC experience is a plus, but not a requirement

Salary: 23,000 AED per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
