Job Overview:

We are seeking Full-Time Security Officers to provide a safe and secure environment for our clients. This position includes reception and patrol responsibilities at various client sites. Ideal candidates will bring a blend of customer service experience and security training, ensuring a visible, professional presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surveillance & Patrolling: Monitor security cameras, perform foot or vehicle patrols, and inspect premises for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or unauthorized access.

• Access Control: Verify identification, issue visitor passes, and restrict access per site protocols.

• Emergency Response: Respond quickly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies such as medical events, fire hazards, or criminal activity.

• Incident Reporting: Accurately document all incidents and suspicious activities in detailed reports.

• Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors and staff while maintaining professionalism.

• Safety Inspections: Identify and report fire risks, safety violations, or hazards.

• Conflict Resolution: De-escalate disturbances and enforce site policies.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with other security staff, emergency responders, and law enforcement.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

• 1+ years of security experience required

• 2+ years of customer service experience required

• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred

• Excellent observational, communication, and conflict resolution skills

• Must be fluent in spoken and written English

• Reliable transportation and communication required

• Familiarity with radios, security systems, and alarm protocols

• Military or law enforcement background preferred
