Anantara Mina Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a professional and vigilant Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property. Located in a pristine eco-sanctuary in Ras Al Khaimah, just 45 minutes from Dubai, the resort offers a luxurious escape surrounded by nature. The ideal candidate will have strong situational awareness, emergency response experience, and a commitment to creating a secure and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol hotel premises including lobbies, hallways, parking, and common areas.

• Monitor entrances/exits and verify credentials for access to restricted areas.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, and security breaches.

• Coordinate evacuation procedures and liaise with emergency services when needed.

• Administer first aid when required.

• Provide assistance and information to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

• Document incidents, suspicious activities, and security breaches in detailed reports.

• Mediate and de-escalate conflicts involving guests or employees.

• Safeguard hotel property from theft, vandalism, and other threats.

• Ensure all security systems are operational and report any malfunctions.

Requirements:

• Certified in Security by a local security authority.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a hotel security department.

• Knowledge of firefighting equipment, sprinkler systems, and smoke detectors.

• Basic understanding of occupational health and safety standards.

• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
