Job Description:
We are hiring entry-level Security Guards for immediate deployment in Dubai. No prior experience is required — training will be provided. As an on-site Security Officer, you will be the foundation of our organization, helping to protect people, property, and information with professionalism and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct conflict resolution and de-escalation when needed.

• Patrol premises both inside and outside to ensure security.

• Interact frequently with client employees and guests, maintaining professionalism.

• Identify, report, and escalate safety hazards and suspicious activities.

• Respond promptly and accurately to emergencies or alarms.

• Provide detailed and clear incident and witness reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to operate various systems and reporting tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with a wide range of individuals professionally.

• Attention to detail and the ability to stay vigilant and alert during shifts.

• Must pass a drug test and background check.
