Key Responsibilities:

✅ Security Operations & Safety Compliance:

• Ensure the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and judicial entities when required.
• Monitor security protocols, procedures, and emergency response plans.

✅ Customer Service & Communication:

• Act as the first point of contact for security-related concerns.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth security operations.
• Deliver public security briefings to small and large groups as needed.

Key Qualifications:

✔ Education & Language:

• High School Degree (minimum requirement).
• Diploma preferred.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); Arabic proficiency (preferred).

✔ Experience & Background:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations & customer service.
• Healthcare security experience preferred.
• Military or police academy training is an advantage.

✔ Skills & Personal Traits:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
