Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement release and deployment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee CI/CD pipeline management using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ensure platform stability, compliance, and availability by minimizing risks and downtime.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the release and deployment team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Engage with stakeholders to align software releases with organizational priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt emerging technologies for better efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure platform resilience and smooth deployment processes.

Requirements:

• UAE National opportunity with at least 10+ years of relevant experience.
