Job Title: Section Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Section Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site supervision, quality assurance, and subcontractor coordination, specifically in high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure site work execution aligns with the latest approved drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
Supervise and coordinate General Foremen and Site Engineers, ensuring proper allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Resolve technical site-related issues and implement approved method statements for smooth execution.
Complete QA documentation and coordinate daily site inspections with the Project QA Manager/Engineer.
Prepare and submit site reports to the Construction Manager in a timely manner.
Monitor subcontractors’ work, ensuring compliance with requirements, safety regulations, and timelines.
Maintain a detailed site diary, documenting daily activities and reporting potential delays.
Ensure all team members and subcontractors are working with latest approved shop drawings and submittals.
Oversee material storage and ensure proper handling in designated areas.
Coordinate with the site safety officer to enforce safety regulations.
Actively participate in the handover process upon project completion.
Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
✅ Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably with a main contractor in high-rise building projects.
✅ Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control, and site coordination.
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage on-site challenges.
✅ Familiarity with safety regulations and project documentation.
