Job Title: Secretary / Personal Assistant to Managing Director
Job Description:
We are a rapidly expanding premium wellness and regenerative medicine clinic located in Dubai Healthcare City, currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide direct support to our Managing Director and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
This role is perfect for a professional with strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings

Handle calls, emails, and written correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality

Maintain accurate office records, patient files, and sensitive documents

Assist in HR-related duties, basic bookkeeping, and coordination with suppliers

Manage travel arrangements, event coordination, and personal tasks as needed

Liaise with clinic staff, doctors, and third-party vendors

Support clinic operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient environment
Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Admin Coordinator

Prior experience in healthcare, clinics, or medical environments is a strong advantage

Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Korean is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Trustworthy, discreet, and professional demeanor

Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately or on short notice
