Job Overview

Join Deep Dive Dubai as a Scuba Diving Instructor and play a key role in delivering exceptional diving experiences and training to guests. Be part of a world-class diving academy dedicated to safety, customer satisfaction, and continuous personal growth through underwater exploration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as a dive guide, instructor, and surface support.

• Manage guest needs and concerns professionally to ensure the highest satisfaction.

• Conduct training, guiding, and coaching sessions with quality and safety as top priorities.

• Report any safety or quality concerns immediately.

• Maintain and inspect diving equipment, coordinating with the maintenance team.

• Perform Dive Safety Attendant duties as needed.

• Fill scuba cylinders and mix gases safely.

• Execute other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• PADI Scuba Instructor certification (mandatory)

• Certification in BLSD including Oxygen use

• Minimum 3 years of professional diving experience

• No open quality assurance cases with any diving training agency

• Strong commitment to safety and guest satisfaction
