Job Title : Scrum Master

Role Overview:

The Scrum Master plays a crucial role in driving Agile adoption, ensuring the successful execution of Scrum processes, and fostering team collaboration. This position requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to remove obstacles for seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Project & Sprint Management: Oversee project scope, timelines, and sprint deliverables.
✅ Agile Coaching: Guide teams in Agile frameworks and promote Scrum best practices.
✅ Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospectives).
✅ Product Backlog Management: Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlog items.
✅ Issue Resolution: Identify, address, and remove roadblocks affecting the team’s efficiency.
✅ Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements through feedback sessions and retrospectives.
✅ Risk Management: Identify and manage risks & issues that may impact project success.
✅ Stakeholder Reporting: Communicate project progress, challenges, and key updates to stakeholders.
✅ Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure high-quality deliverables.
✅ Scrum Maturity Development: Encourage self-organizing teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

Skills & Competencies:

🔹 Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
🔹 4-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role, preferably within software development projects.
🔹 Strong technical background with familiarity in Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello).
🔹 Excellent understanding of Scrum techniques & artifacts (Definition of Done, User Stories, Automated Testing).
🔹 Strong problem-solving & conflict-resolution skills.
🔹 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
🔹 Exceptional communication & leadership abilities.

Qualifications:

📌 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
📌 Experience: Proven track record as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced environment.
