Dubai Customs is offering the Massar33 Scholarship Program to outstanding UAE national high school graduates aiming to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Customs, and Logistics Management. This initiative supports national capacity-building in key economic sectors. The scholarship covers academic and practical training aligned with Dubai Customs’ strategic needs.

Responsibilities (as part of the program):

• Enroll in and complete a full-time Bachelor’s program in approved fields.

• Fulfill all academic requirements as set by the educational institution.

• Commit to any obligations outlined in the scholarship contract with Dubai Customs.

• Participate in professional development and training sessions as required.

Skills Required:

• UAE National (citizenship required)

• High school certificate or equivalent with a minimum grade of 80%

• Age between 18 and 25 years

• Completion of National Service (or valid exemption) for male applicants

• Not currently employed in any government or private sector entity

• Meet minimum academic requirements in English and Mathematics (as set by the educational institution)

• Willing to sign and abide by a scholarship contract and related commitments
