GEMS Education is seeking an outstanding Front of House Receptionist to join GEMS International School, Al Khail. As the first point of contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors, the receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service, smooth communication, and efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information about the school, including curriculum, admissions, tours, and administration.

Answer and direct calls courteously to appropriate personnel.

Welcome and assist visitors professionally to create a positive first impression.

Maintain visitor and caller databases for reporting and marketing leads.

Support the Front of House team with administrative and secretarial tasks.

Ensure compliance with GEMS policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.

Attend staff meetings and participate in committees when required.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

English as a first language (both written and spoken).

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a diverse environment.

Ability to multitask and handle high-demand situations.

Proficient in secretarial tasks and computer skills.
