Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Program & Support Manager to oversee the implementation, support, and continuous optimization of SAP systems across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between IT and business teams, ensuring seamless delivery of SAP services aligned with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of SAP strategies, including module configuration, integration, and ongoing support.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

• Manage SAP project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines, applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Oversee third-party vendors, licensing, and support agreements to ensure service excellence.

• Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional SAP support team while promoting a culture of innovation and accountability.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; SAP certification required.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT leadership, with at least 5 years managing SAP-related teams and systems.

• Hands-on expertise in SAP modules such as FICO, SD, MM, WM, CRM, and BTP.

• Strong background in system integration, business process transformation, and change management.

• Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals, 35 years old and below.

• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
