Capgemini, a global leader in digital transformation, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and drive end-to-end SAP ERP implementations. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams, IT stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution, aligning with business objectives and technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Project Planning & Setup

• Develop comprehensive project plans with internal teams and external vendors.

• Identify and engage key stakeholders in collaboration with Change Management teams.

• Establish a Project Management Office (PMO) for effective governance and tracking.

• Optimize resource allocation and ensure the right skills are assigned to the project.

• Set up a communication office to maintain transparent engagement with stakeholders.

📊 Governance & Reporting

• Implement project governance processes and ensure compliance throughout the lifecycle.

• Monitor project costs, budget alignment, and performance metrics.

• Generate and present Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to leadership.

🚀 Project Execution & Delivery

• Oversee and coordinate multiple project teams across business and IT functions.

• Manage project dependencies, risks, and scope changes efficiently.

• Ensure quality assurance and collaborate with teams to enhance project outcomes.

• Drive post-implementation reviews to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

• Support a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

✅ 10+ years of project/program management experience with at least 4 years in SAP ERP transformation and cloud SaaS implementations.
✅ PgMP® and PMP® certifications (preferred).
✅ Strong understanding of business processes across multiple functions.
✅ Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and other project management tools.
✅ Ability to analyze technical, commercial, and organizational challenges.
✅ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✅ Experience managing large-scale, multi-industry ERP SaaS implementations.
