Exasoft is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle implementations and support of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules, with strong integration knowledge across various SAP functions and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops, blueprinting, and documentation phases.

• Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO modules aligned with business needs.

• Manage testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.

• Identify delta requirements and provide customized solutions.

• Lead onsite and offshore teams while ensuring timely project delivery.

• Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and local tax localization.

• Map user requirements to SAP functionality and recommend best practices.

• Manage system integrations with third-party platforms.

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in SAP FI (Finance) and CO (Controlling).

• Strong background in Product Costing and Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting.

• Experience with modules like AP, AR, GL, AA, CAPEX, Treasury, and Bank Accounting.

• Hands-on knowledge of PP, PM, EWM, WM, PS, MM, and TM integrations with FICO.

• Familiarity with SAP RE-FX (Real Estate) is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams effectively.

Experience Required:

• 15+ years of SAP FICO experience, with a strong focus on S/4HANA.

• Participation in at least 2–3 full-cycle end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.

• Demonstrated experience working with complex business process mapping and solution design.

• Proven track record in delivering scalable and efficient SAP solutions.
