Aspen TESS, a technology-driven shared services division of Aspen Pharma Group, is hiring an SAP Consultant PL2Pr to optimize and configure SAP S/4HANA for manufacturing planning and production processes. This role focuses on streamlining production workflows, integrating SAP PP with other SAP modules, and enhancing operational efficiency in a regulated industry environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Configuration

• Configure SAP PP module for production planning, scheduling, and order management.

• Design and configure Bill of Materials (BOM), Routings, Work Centres, and Production Versions.

• Optimize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for accurate procurement and inventory management.

• Integrate SAP PP with MM, SD, WM, and QM for seamless business operations.

✅ Manufacturing & Process Optimization

• Implement capacity planning techniques to maximize resource utilization.

• Enhance production visibility, cost-efficiency, and overall process control.

• Support regulatory compliance in life sciences or other regulated industries.

• Set up and manage EDI interfaces and integrations with external systems.

✅ Training & Post-Implementation Support

• Provide end-user training to improve SAP PP proficiency.

• Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing disruptions.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

🎓 Experience & Industry Knowledge:

• 15+ years of SAP experience, specializing in manufacturing planning.

• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.

• Strong background in life sciences or regulated industries.

• Fluent in English (German/French is a plus).

📊 Technical & Functional Skills:

• Deep understanding of MRP, capacity planning, and production scheduling.

• Experience in EDI setup and system integration.

• Cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams.
