Sustainable Building Solutions is seeking a Salesperson to join their Sharjah showroom. The role involves welcoming and engaging walk-in customers, presenting Econic Clay products, providing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and experienced in showroom or retail sales, preferably in building materials, interiors, or tiles.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage with walk-in customers, providing a professional first impression.

Understand client needs and present Econic Clay products, explaining benefits clearly.

Provide quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales directly from showroom interactions.

Maintain showroom displays and present product samples attractively.

Log customer details, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM (Pipedrive).

Collaborate with designers for measurements, design visuals, and tailored proposals.

Coordinate with admin for quotations and order processing.

Support marketing efforts by assisting with showroom content (photos/videos).

Report daily on leads, sales progress, and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in showroom or retail sales (building materials, interiors, or tiles preferred).

Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (Arabic a plus).

Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge advantageous.

Presentable, customer-focused, and able to explain technical products clearly.

Organized, proactive, and target-driven.
-
UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
