Candidates can work remotely, with preference for those based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients needing website design or development services.

• Promote WebFirst.ae’s solutions and tailor presentations to client needs.

• Build long-term client relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout projects.

• Follow up on leads, handle objections, and close sales effectively.

• Maintain client communication post-onboarding to ensure satisfaction and generate future upselling opportunities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.

• Self-motivated and proactive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of websites, digital services, or technology is preferred.

• Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation:

• Commission-based only (10%–15% per closed deal).
