Taif Al Emarat, a luxury perfume retailer, is seeking a Sales Trainer to join their Dubai team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on training and developing sales staff to ensure product knowledge, sales excellence, and exceptional customer experiences in the luxury perfume sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and mentor new and existing staff on sales processes, customer engagement, and brand values.

  • Provide detailed perfume knowledge, including fragrance families, olfactory notes, and storytelling.

  • Teach advanced sales techniques such as customer profiling, upselling, and relationship building.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide ongoing coaching to maintain high standards.

  • Update training materials and programs to align with perfume industry trends.

  • Act as the main reference point for product knowledge and sales excellence.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in perfume sales or sales training.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

  • Deep knowledge of perfumes with the ability to explain fragrances clearly.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

  • Proven track record of coaching or training sales teams.

  • Professional appearance and behavior aligning with luxury retail standards.
